Mash Motion: Sprint Rush is a arcade game, developed and published by chroda.
Trophy-wise, you are looking at an Easy completion. The estimated time to platinum is around 4 minutes.
Because it is a cross-buy and cross-save game, you should play the PS4 version of it first.
Each sprint has 3 races. At the end of a race, the last place is eliminated.
You have 4 runners and you will need to win 1 race with every one of them.
You will also need to finish a sprint in each of the 4 places.
So this mean each time, playing with a different runner and going for a different position inside the sprint.
You will still need to play and win 1 additional race with the runner you choose to get 4th position.
You can decrease the difficulty when you want to win a race, and increase it when you want to lose it.
After obtaining the platinum, quit the game, open the PS5 version, go to options and modify something there, then return to the main menu, and use the load PS4 save option to import your PS4 save into the PS5 game, and obtain a new platinum.
The game also has cross-save across all regions.
