You need to complete all 12 levels.
Decorate the tree by using decorations from bottom to up. Ball, stars, and ribbons go on the tree, while gifts and Mr. Hibbl go under the tree.
You need to use in total 50 balls, 15 stars, 20 ribbons, and 35 gifts.
After obtaining the platinum, quit the game, open the PS5 version, and use the cross-save option to import your PS4 save into the PS5 game, and obtain a new platinum.
