You will have to complete all 4 tracks twice, once with a car from that circuit, and once with a car from another circuit. You will be able to select a car from another circuit, after you complete all the circuits once.

Complete the circuit
Destroy 30 eggs - you will find them in the square on your route. You will need 2 attempts to destroy 30 eggs
Secret checkpoint - exit the square with the eggs, through the left side

Kill 40 worms - you will find them in the village on your route. You will need 4 attempts to kill 40 worms
Secret checkpoint - exit the village with the worms through the right side and then cross the wooden bridge

First lap in less than 2 minutes - Reach the 3rd checkpoint, the one when the UFO destroy the circuit, in less than 2 minutes
Secret checkpoint - near the end of the circuit, you will find a ramp in the middle of the road, so just use it

Kill 10 cows - you will find a single cow as soon as you start, then a heard of 5 cows after the next checkpoint. You will need 2 attempts to kill 10 cows.
