Dead Secret is a short and easy game in terms of trophies:

The game has 5 endings, and this are all the trophies
At the start of the game, turn around and keep trying to exit the house until you will be able to actually do it and end the game.
Get killed by the woodcutter.
Choose the wrong killer at the end of the game (anyone else except Josie).
Choose the correct killer at the end of the game (Josie) and do not save her.
Choose the correct killer at the end of the game (Josie) and save her when you find her near the last door, trapped under some wood beams.
