In terms of trophies, it is quite easy as soon as you learn how to score points:
Play Bowling and score 30/30
Story Mode, push the cross button to finish the story + 3 games, in which you need to score 20/40, 30/40 and 45/60
Tips for play bowling:
Stop the ball either up or down and stop the pin diagonally towards opposite direction
For the second throw, stop the ball in the diagonally opposite direction from the pins left and shoot the ball directly towards them
If you mess up, press R1 to go back
