In terms of trophies, it is an easy and fast game:

Before starting the game, I would recommend you go to settings, press the R1 button to change the page, and disable the CRT Shader. I found it way too disturbing to play the game with it enabled.
Complete the first 20 levels and all the trophies should unlock naturally.
In case you die, quickly hold down the L2 button to rewind time before that mistake.
Just make sure to lose by stepping on each color. You can find red and blue as early as level 1, and yellow as early as level 7.
During level 13, you will meet Froggy in the upper part of the level. To unlock the trophy for him, press the cross button to interact and talk with him.
