Yumeutsutsu Re:After is a classic Visual Novel game and a very easy and short game in terms of trophies:
Play all 5 episodes and make a save before first save in each episode, except in the last episode make 2 saves, one before each choice
Reach the end of each episode, then reload the save and choose the other options
The goal is to view all endings and choose all dialogue options
Last step, go to special voices menu and listen to all 9 of them
