Reach the second boss. To open the path to a boss you need a silver key. So, collect 1 silver key before the first boss and defeat him, and in the second area find the 2nd silver key and reach the second boss.
Collect 100 coins, you get coins by looting enemies or chests
Defeat 150 enemies, this should come naturally if you defeat all the enemies you see until you reach the second boss
