The Unfinished Swan is an easy game in terms of trophies:
Complete the 4 chapters while releasing the 64 balloons and collecting the 19 pages
Chapter 2 - The Unfinished Empire - Part 5: Look through the telescope at the sleeping King
Chapter 3 - Nighttime - Part 3: Launch a blueprint box 30 meters high.
After you get all these trophies you need to start a new walkthrough in which you need to reach the Watchtower without throwing more than 3 balls.
Painter - Story Finish the Garden chapter. Obtained after completing Chapter 1 - The Garden.
Climber - Story Finish the Unfinished Empire chapter. Obtained after completing Chapter 2 - The Unfinished Empire
Night Owl - Story Finish the Nighttime chapter. Obtained after completing Chapter 3 - Nighttime
Dreamer - Story Finish the King's Dream chapter. Obtained after completing Chapter 4 - The King's Dream
Rocketeer Launch a blueprint box 15 meters high. Chapter 3 - Nighttime - Part 3 After you get all the balloons you will unlock sniper rifle and pickup boxes. Create a box, then lift it and hold it with square above you. Press the triangle to open the sniper and shoot the box twice to lift it up.
Spaceman Launch a blueprint box 30 meters high. Chapter 3 - Nighttime - Part 3 After you get all the balloons you will unlock sniper rifle and pickup boxes. Create a box, then lift it and hold it with square above you. Press the triangle to open the sniper and shoot the box twice to lift it up.
Balloonist - Collectibles Release all balloons. There are 64 balloons in 4 chapters. Use the walkthrough section of this guide for complete videos with locations of all the collectibles.
Page Turner - Collectibles Reveal every storybook page in the game. There are 19 pages in the first 3 chapters. Use the walkthrough section of this guide for complete videos with locations of all the collectibles.
Minimalist Reach the Watchtower without throwing more than 3 balls. Chapter 1 - The Garden Hardest trophy in the game. Try to follow the video step by step so you can unlock it.
Telescopic Look at the sleeping King. Chapter 2 - The Unfinished Empire - Part 5 Near the start of that part in the right side there is a telescope that you can interact with. After interacting with it, zoom in on the sleeping king.
