Promesa is a very slow walking simulator game, but luckily the trophies are very easy to obtain and there is also a scene selection menu after finishing the walkthrough:
Most important thing before starting the game, go to settings and increase your speed to +40%. It isn't much but this will reduce the duration of the walkthrough from 45 minutes to 30 minutes.
Play a walkthrough in one sitting, passing through the random scenes. You will receive the trophies when pausing the game or either when finishing the walkthrough
Now that you are done with the story go to scene selection menu and start the scene with the ? image and then immediately quit them
Scene 5 find the juice box, it is on the way towards the exit, near a window on the right side
Scene 10, go down and outside and look at the argentinian football shirt that is hanging above, then exit the scene and in part 2 go into the kitchen and look near the sink for a cup of mate
Scene 14, you will spend some tries here, you need to find the TV in 40 seconds. Try to follow the sound and as soon as you hear it increasing move towards it until the tv spawns. Also, go towards the couch to trigger the trophy. If you spent more than 40 seconds, quit, and retry
After finally reaching the TV, when you move into the cave, stay idle in front of the TV for almost 4 minutes to watch all the ads
