Enjoy Your Powers Collect all trophies inFamous Second Son is quite an easy game in terms of difficulty and trophies requirements:
Complete 1 walkthrough with Good Karma while cleaning the whole map (collectibles, side quests freeing districts) and choosing only the good options and missions and complete 10 of each good activity.
Complete 1 walkthrough on expert difficulty with Evil Karma while choosing only the Evil options and missions and complete 10 of each evil activity. I choose to do the evil karma walkthrough on expert difficulty because i didn't had to bother to not kill civilians and dropping my karma by mistake
Besides those there are some gameplay trophies as well: Destroy 5 cars in 5 seconds, Comet Drop over 170 meters from Augustine Tower after finishing the game, Stay in the air for more than 45 seconds, Defeat 10 enemies by detonating ammo crates, Defeat an enemy using three different power sources, Dash through two red air vents without touching the ground and then Comet Drop on an enemy, Comet Drop on three coughing enemies, Hit three weak points with Neon Beam in 6 seconds, Use a Karmic Streak attack to defeat exactly one enemy. You can do these trophies any time during the walkthrough, even after finishing the game.

During the mission Go Fetch select to Redeem Fetch.
After that just complete the mission Trash the Stash.

Get them before they get you
During the mission Go Fetch choose to corrupt Fetch.
Then just complete the mission Fight Intolerants.

After the mission Reggie Takes Flight choose to redeem Eugene.
Then complete the mission Flight of Angels.

After the mission Reggie Takes Flight, choose to corrupt Eugene.

Even though you cleared the DUP out of all the 12 districts, the last shard is above the tower during the mission the Ascension.
Total CARnage
Destroy 5 cars in 5 seconds
Block some cars near a parking spot and use cinder missiles on the cars.
Drop Everything
Comet Drop over 170 meters
Only location to do this is Augustine Tower after finishing the game
Keep It Up
Stay in the air for more than 45 seconds
Use Concrete power and jump from a high place then levitate.
You can use Augustine tower.
Put That Anywhere
Defeat 10 enemies by detonating ammo crates
Shoot ammo crates when enemies are nearby
Hat Trick
Defeat an enemy using three different power sources
Quite self-explanatory. Hit the same enemy with 3 types of powers
Double Smoke Stack Attack
Dash through two red air vents without touching the ground and then Comet Drop on an enemy
You can make this trophy a little easier and cheat on it.
Just use the same vent that is close to an enemy.
After you dash from the same vent just hold square when you are above the enemy.
Cough Drop
Comet Drop on three coughing enemies
Throw a Sulphur bomb with L1 at a group larger than 3 enemies, then go between them, jump and hold square to comet drop on them
Make Fetch Proud
Hit three weak points with Neon Beam in 6 seconds
After getting neon powers, you can hold L2 down and you will see the weak points of the enemies. Just find a group of enemies and shoot 3 of them in their weak points.
Excessive Force
Use a Karmic Streak attack to defeat exactly one enemy
I would recommend using neon power for this.
Incapacitate 7 enemies by hitting their weak blue spots.
Then press DPad Down to use the Karmic Streak when you find 1 single enemy in a spot, rooftop is a good place.
