Doki-Doki Universe doesn't have a platinum trophy, but in terms of trophies it is quite an easy game:

You need to complete all 20 planets, 25/31 quiz asteroids and also gather 250 summonable
Basically, each planet has it goals and its present that you need to complete by interacting with the characters or using items that you get from other planets
Any planet: Knock 30 characters down with World Tilts!, Blow kisses to 20 different characters, Greet 50 different characters.
Amazonia: Discover all the preferences of a single character by talking with all the characters there
Home: Use up dust bunnies (Reach zero bunnies), Place a decoration on your home planet, Read a letter from any character.
Ert: Help Scarecrow throw a party for Persephone by giving Persephone the balloons
Farroh: Help Cactus get a dolphin.

Just like a real boy Get green checks for all goals and presents on all planets in the full game. You get this trophy for fully completing the game.

Family Reunion - Story Unlock the story ending. Obtained when you unlock the Robodachi planet.

It's all my fault Knock 30 characters down with World Tilts! You need to shake the controller until it says Rumble and then Tilt. After that turn, the controller side to side to tilt the world.

Nothing up my sleeve Collect 250 summonables. Gather as much items as you can. I unlocked this trophy when i was on the Farroh planet.

Enough about me... Discover all the preferences of a single character. You can obtain this trophy on Amazonia. Just make sure you talk with all the characters to find out about their likes and dislikes.

Shut up and take my bunny! Use up dust bunnies (Reach zero bunnies). Spawn summonable until you reach 0 bunnies. Or you can keep tilting the world. Can be done on Home planet.

There's no place like home Place a decoration on your home planet. Self-explanatory.

Dear QT3, Read a letter from any character. After Tutorial planet you will get your first letter. Open and read it.

Lay down on the couch Get your quiz evaluation from Dr. Therapist. After completing 5 quiz asteroids, you can teleport back to your home planet to visit Dr. Therapist.

Out standing in his field Help Scarecrow throw a party for Persephone. Planet Ert. You need to give balloons to Persephone.

A Cactus with a porpoise Help Cactus get a dolphin. Planet Farroh Summon a dolphin for cactus.

You're just a love machine... Blow kisses to 20 different characters. Move the stick around in a circle near other characters. I got this when i reached Bunnipi

Hello world... again Greet 50 different characters. Greet 50 characters in various methods by moving the stick around. I got this when i reached the planet Bunnipi.
