Play through the eyes of Renée, a 16-year-old girl who suffers from the symptoms of mental illness. She is searching for answers to the many questions from her past, whilst exploring the place where she spent most of her youth. Guide Renée through a dark and emotional journey where the lines between entertainment, storytelling and reality blur.
Based on extensive research and inspired by real events, The Town of Light is a first-person psychological story adventure game set in the Volterra Psychiatric Asylum, based in Tuscany, Italy.
Explore the asylum as it stands to this day and uncover the good and bad in human nature.

The Town of Light is an adventure game developed by LKA and published by Wired Productions.
In terms of trophies, it is an easy game which can be completed in around 3 - 4 hours:
The game is straight forward, with few miscellaneous trophies, and with only 8 collectibles
The 8 diary pages can be found in: chapter 1, chapter 4, chapter 5, 2 in chapter 6, chapter 7, and 2 in chapter 9
In chapter 1, enter in the cellar at the bottom of the stairs of the asylum's yard
In chapter 6, when you climb the scaffolding, there is a plank off the main road. Step on it, to simulate a walk the plank.
In chapter 6, on the left side of the entrance to the kitchen, is the greenhouse. Enter in it.
In chapter 9, in the hallways which lead to the archive, enter in the second last door on the left to find a skull on a desk. Pick it up.
In chapter 12, when you explore around the graveyard, there are 3 places that you need to visit, which will also earn you a trophy each: vegetable garden, the little lake, and the vineyard.
In chapter 13, find all the 17 drawings on the wall. Make sure to leave the drawing from the dead-end corridor which shows a woman in a white dress sitting on a man's lap, the last one you interact with.

Chapter 1 - enter in the cellar at the bottom of the stairs of the asylum's yard
Chapter 1 - Diary Page 1 - In the second room on the left as soon as you enter the asylum
Chapter 4 - Diary Page 2 - When you leave the bathroom turn right, and enter first room on the right
Chapter 5 - Diary Page 3 - The room opposite the elevator contains 3 smaller rooms. In the middle one there is the page
Chapter 5 - Answer C, A to unlock Chapter 6A
Chapter 6 - when you climb the scaffolding, there is a plank off the main road. Step on it, to simulate a walk the plank.
Chapter 6 - Diary Page 4 - On the second bench on your way to the greenhouse
Chapter 6 - on the left side of the entrance to the kitchen, is the greenhouse. Enter in it.
Chapter 6 - Diary Page 5 - Enter the kitchen, then exit through the door inf ron of you, then go and enter in the room on the far left.
Chapter 7 - Diary Page 6 - At the end of the room from the hallway with Calm Women.
Chapter 9 - Diary Page 7 - Leave the room in which you start the chapter, go right, then find this page on a room on the left side
Chapter 9 - Diary Page 8 - in the hallways which lead to the archive, enter the second last door on the left to find the last page.
Chapter 9 - in the hallways which lead to the archive, enter in the second last door on the left to find a skull on a desk. Pick it up.
Chapter 11 - Answer A, C, A, A, C, A, B, and A to unlock the truth.
As soon as you get the trophy for unlocking the truth you can go to the next walkthrough
